Chad Decker is a HR Partner and Owner of People Stuff. Chad is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with over 22 years experience in the field of human resources working for such companies as Irving Oil, CentreBeam and Triton Data. Chad is also a former owner and HR/Financial Director for Paradise Animal Hospital. There he received 10 years of extensive experience in business growth and development and growing the team from a 5-person team to a 50-person team. Chad is now helping grow and develop HR solutions for other businesses.
Outside of work Chad is also a board member at the St. John’s Board of Trade and is the Past President of the Business Association of Newfoundland

Kristina Ennis has 10 years experience in HR and Industrial Benefits in the natural resources industry with WorleyParsons, ExxonMobil Canada and SEM Ltd, and is a graduate of the Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador Bachelor of Commerce Honours program. Kristina was elected as a member of the Energy NL (formerly Noia) and St. John’s Board of Trade board of directors in 2021, was the recipient of the Emerging Young Professional Award at the 2018 St. John’s Board of Trade Business Excellence Awards, and is an active community volunteer with Rotary St. John’s East. Kristina has a passion for inclusion and diversity, and enjoys creative problem solving and finding innovative solutions to challenges.

Hilary Hynes is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with 20 years’ experience in unionized and non-unionized settings across the utilities, construction and public sector industries.
Hilary has had the opportunity to work in various areas of HR including recruitment, training, policy and procedure development, employee relations, and is a trained workplace investigator. She has held HR roles with Newfoundland Power, SNC Lavalin, DF Barnes Group, Memorial University and NL Housing Corporation.
A graduate of Memorial University’s MBA and B.Comm. (Honours) Co-op programs, Hilary has a love for lifetime learning and looks forward to new challenges. Hilary has also taught HR and entrepreneurship at the undergraduate level at College of the North Atlantic. Hilary is a member of The Rotary Club of Avalon Northeast, where she enjoys volunteering in her hometown of CBS. Hilary also enjoys spending time with her family and two children.

Kylie Parsons (She/Her)

Kylie Piercey has 8 years experience in Human Resources, specializing in recruitment. A graduate of the Business Management- Human Resources Management diploma program ay Keyin College, she has experience in both the private and public sector.
Having most recently worked with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, she has experience recruiting for a wide range of positions across all sectors of Government. Prior to this, she worked as an HR Coordinator with Canship Ugland Ltd., a ship management and crewing company based in St.John‘s. During her 5 years with the company she was responsible for facilitating crew changes for both local and international vessels under the company’s management.
She prides herself on building strong working relationships which lead to successful, long term collaborations. She thrives in a team environment and being a leader among her peers to drive innovation and change.
Outside of work, she is an avid baker, crafter and loves getting out of the city to go camping in the summertime.

Megan Jackson (she/her)

Megan Jackson is a recent honours graduate from the Business Management – Human Resources
Management diploma program at Keyin College. Prior to entering the field of HR, Megan spent
over 10 years working in the ECE (Early Childhood Educator) sector.
The change of pace and career has given her the opportunity strengthen her organizational skills
and the ability to multitask, while learning about Human Resources. Megan is eager to gain
firsthand experience in building and developing new relationships. When not working, you can
find Megan spending time and making memories with her family.

Lynn Ansara (she/her)

Lynn Ansara is passionate about employee and organizational development. Lynn holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and two undergraduate degrees in Arts and Post-Secondary Education. Lynn also holds a number of certifications including Legacy Leadership (TM), Emotional Intelligence, Myers Briggs Personality Indicator, True Colors (TM), and Coaching Out of the Box (TM). Lynn uses a coach approach to workplace teaching and learning. She creates trusting, collaborative partnerships and learning environments directed at achieving organizational results while infusing humour, challenge, and accountability.

A solutions-focused senior management professional with a master’s degree in employment relations, Mark has 17 years of experience across the human resources spectrum working in public sector healthcare operations, municipal governance and private sector operations.
Mark provides consulting services in all areas of HR to serve clients’ people needs by promoting the benefits of quality, respectful workplace relationships with a focus on parties’ interests to achieve successful outcomes.
Specifically, Mark’s practice is centred in the following labour and employee relations areas:
- collective bargaining
- collective agreement interpretation and administration
- workplace investigations involving bullying, harassment, theft and professional practice
- conflict and grievance management through alternate dispute resolution mechanisms of facilitated discussion, mediation and arbitration
